Day eleven - Tintagel to Bude

Boscastle Harbour

A bit warmer today but a strong wind and blustery showers. Back to the Coast Path today with it's normal multiple, steep, ascents and descents but I think I'm beginning to fall in love with this Coast Path even though it is exasperating at times.

It is actually two separate cantilevers that don't quite touch in the middle!

I have now been to the highest point, walked the highest road and stood on the highest cliff in Cornwall.

Finished the day late after sliding around on the clay slurry path, once landing on my backside, before taking the road to Bude in the dark.

20 miles 1500 meters ascent.

We read about your progress every day. Don't let that put you off. Let's hope today is good. There's still a Wick bus, amazingly, but only 4 or five a day ...
