Day thirty - Nant Bwch to Llangattock

The day started with rain, wind and low cloud. Everything very wet. Had breakfast and headed up the hill. Struggled upwards and threw up my breakfast on Lord Herefords Knob, felt much better after that, not sure how Hereford felt.

Wet and lonely trig

Continued on the ridge to complete the horseshoe. Weather was starting to improve, the wind stayed very strong but clearances were appearing. A good, masochistic, trip round the Black Mountains.

In the end it was mainly clear with some lovely views .

Down to Crickhowell out of the wind, very pleasant. Decided on a b&b to get everything dry. Not sure whether to head for the Beacons tomorrow, the forecast is not good.

I hope you decided to rest up in Crickhowell. particularly as you are sounding rather sickly.
But you are probably up in the Beacons- in a storm as I write this!
