Went into Fort William early to avoid the heat but that didn't work. Managed to buy new pole ends and the food I needed. Back to the campsite to do the washing etc, sat around trying to find shelter from the sun but in the end retired to the pub. Worked out my route for the next couple of weeks, where I am going to restock etc and booked a bunkhouse and a Youth Hostel, sorted.
